Pay: $16.00/hr plus gratuity

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable, energetic Table Busser & Dishwasher to support events in our busy event hall. You will help keep dining areas clean, clear tables efficiently, wash dishes and equipment, and assist the service team so events run smoothly. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, takes initiative, and is comfortable with physically active shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Clear and clean tables efficiently

Collect, sort, wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, and cutlery.

Keep dishwashing, service, and back-of-house areas clean, safe, and organized.

Remove garbage, recycling, and used linens as directed.

Restock service stations with dishes, cutlery, glassware, and supplies.

Assist servers, kitchen staff, and event team members when needed.

Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.

Report damaged equipment, spills, hazards, or supply shortages promptly.

Help with event setup and cleanup as assigned.

Qualifications

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail.

Able to stand and walk for extended periods and repeatedly bend, reach, lift, and carry up to 30.

Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Previous restaurant, banquet, catering, or dishwashing experience is an asset, but training can be provided.

Food-safety certification is an asset.

Valid SIRS certification is an asset.
