Supervisor

We are looking for an outgoing individual who excels at customer service and can work well with our charity volunteers.

This individual will work part-time hours, afternoon, evening and weekends are required. This position can be for as little as 5 hours/week or as many as 15 hour/week.

This position could be combined with the Bingo Caller position if desired.

The bingo supervisor must be able to

1.     Assist with cash handling, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks as assigned by Bingo Manager.
2.     Supervise and be responsible for charity volunteers and other employees.
3.     Friendly approachable demeanor and ability to interact with charity volunteers and bingo players.
4.     Make decisions on their own in stressful and emergency situations.
5. Help out with canteen, sundry duties and housekeeping as needed and assigned by the bingo manager.

While experience is an asset, we are more interested in your personality, integrity and work ethic. This position requires the use of computers so some computer knowledge is required. Having a working knowledge of Bingo rules and regulations is an asset, but not necessary, as we will train the right person. Past supervision experience and cash handling is also an asset.

Must qualify for licensing with Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority.
