Supervisor

Do you have a passion for working with children? Do you like being a part of a positive workplace environment? Kare 4 Kids is seeking a motivated, experienced individual to fill the position of Supervisor at our Before and After School Program in Pilot Butte.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Provide full time management of the overall operation of a B&A Program
• Perform all administration duties
• Ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment for all children
• Supervise, encourage, and motivate support staff
• Work with other Program Supervisors to create monthly programming
• Attend weekly staff meetings; hold individual program staff meetings as needed
• Create a sense of community and partnership with families of the program
• Liaison with school administrators
• AM/PM split shifts 6:45-9:00 am / 3:00-6:00 pm daily
• 11.25 flexible administration hours (weekly average approximately 37.5 hrs)

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and administrative experience
• Experience working with children
• The ability to multi-task and thrive in a high energy environment
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills
• Strong and consistent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working indoors and out
• A Current First Aid certificate with CPR
• A completed clean Criminal Record Check

The position to begin September 1st, 2026 for training. First day of Program is September 2nd, 2026.
