Superintendent of Learning - Perm FT

Living Sky School Division is seeking a Superintendent of Learning to join our Senior Leadership Team beginning January 4, 2027.

This is a key system leadership opportunity for a visionary and values-driven educational leader who is passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and developing leadership capacity across our schools and communities.

At Living Sky School Division, the core mandate of a Superintendent is to ensure system effectiveness and lead meaningful system-wide change. Demonstrated success leading complex organizational change, along with a deep understanding of secondary education, will be essential as Living Sky continues to evolve its structures, practices, and culture to meet the needs of today's learners and tomorrow's world.

Qualifications and Experience

A Masters degree in Educational Administration is required, or current enrollment in a Masters program in Educational Administration

Successful experience in school-based and/or system-level administration

Strong knowledge of high school education, graduation pathways, and credit attainment or desire to learn about them

Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and support leaders through complex change

A collaborative, relational leadership style with strong system-wide perspective
