Lead structural integrity for Saskatchewan potash operations, serving as the technical authority for asset safety, reliability, compliance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Structural Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) program.
Assess inspections, repairs, fitness-for-service, and asset life extension.
Provide guidance on structural risk, asset health, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with Mosaic standards, CSA codes, and Saskatchewan regulations.
Support capital projects, maintenance planning, reporting, contractor management, and team development.
Requirements
Bachelors in Civil/Structural Engineering (or Mechanical with relevant experience).
8+ years in structural engineering/mechanical integrity within mining or heavy industry.
Experience with RBI programs, structural degradation, repair design, and asset management.
Strong project management skills and proficiency with STAAD Pro (or similar), MS Project, and SAP.
Saskatchewan P.Eng. in good standing.
