About this role
In this role, you will
- support the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes used across Camecos Canadian operations in alignment with process-based management methodology.
- use and lead various analytical tools and methods, such as data analysis and root cause investigation, to identify opportunities and implement solutions for increased process efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.
- develop and maintain process maps, process documentation, and related resources to support business objectives and end-user adoption.
- facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address challenges, document requirements, validate process or solution design, and ensure alignment between business objectives and process outcomes.
- navigate and build consensus among cross functional teams and stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial outcomes and end-user adoption.
- provide subject matter expertise and guidance on P2P processes, practices, and improvements.
- support data-driven decision making by preparing reports, monitoring key performance indicators or key behavior indicators, and communicating process-related information to a variety of internal audiences.
Required
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field;
- Minimum five years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, category management, strategic sourcing, and/or supply chain process improvement;
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered;
- High level of computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software;
- Strong experience with process mapping, workflows, analytical tools, or process management tools (e.g., Signavio, Visio, lean, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
