Site Services Operator 4 CL

In this role, you will

• Operate concrete batch plant and waste management equipment.
• Operate mobile equipment, including loaders, sand trucks, buses, skid steer, and vac trucks.
• Practice safe work habits and comply with company safety policies, including completing daily operator care rounds; -----ensure proper machine startup, operation, and shutdown procedures; and assist with preventative maintenance when appropriate.
• Perform manual labour as required, including regular lifting of materials and luggage.

Required

• grade 12 or equivalent;
• at least five (5) years of relevant work experience;
• equivalent combination of education and work experience considered;
• valid Class 2 drivers license;
• experience with dozer, 872 grader, 644 & 744 loaders, track hoe, and 35-ton rock truck;
• safety-oriented team player with excellent communication and organizational skills;
• mechanically inclined with knowledge of equipment and hand tools;
• able to clearly communicate with team members when needed;
• willingness to perform manual labour as required;
• must be proficient with using computers, including Microsoft Office/365; and
• work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft.

Recommended

valid Class 1A drivers license;

bagging station & labour work;

previous lead hand or supervisory experience;

ACI (American Concrete Institute) Certification; and

previous experience with SAP.
