Service Manager

E. Bourassa & Sons, a Redhead Equipment Company, has an exciting career opportunity for a Service Manager in our Assiniboia branch.

At Redhead Equipment we do Whatever It Takes to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan.

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Service Department, leading service staff, supporting dealership performance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Abilities

• Leading and supporting a team of service technicians and staff
• Collaborating with sales, parts, and other dealership departments
• Building strong customer relationships and providing timely solutions
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the equipment service industry

Ideal candidate will possess the following

• Exemplary leadership abilities and experience in a similar position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Having a Journeyperson certificate in a related field would be beneficial but not necessary
