About the Role
As our Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and a key link between them and our technicians. You'll manage the flow of vehicles, communicate repair needs clearly, and make sure every customer leaves with confidence in the work we've done.
What You'll Do
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns, translating them into clear work orders for the technical team
Provide accurate, upfront estimates for repairs and maintenance
Explain recommended services and repairs in plain language, helping customers make informed decisions
Coordinate scheduling to keep the shop running efficiently
Follow up with customers on vehicle status and any changes to the original estimate
Maintain accurate records and process invoices, payments, and warranty claims
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Work closely with technicians to prioritize jobs and manage timelines
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or similar customer-facing automotive role preferred
Strong communication skills & positivity
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced shop environment
Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
Experience with shop management software is an asset (we use Protractor)
A valid driver's license in good standing
A positive, professional attitude and genuine care for customer satisfaction
