We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Position Summary

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and our technicians. You will listen to customers' concerns, help identify their vehicle service needs, prepare estimates, communicate repair recommendations, and ensure customers receive a positive experience from check-in to pick-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Listen carefully to customers' vehicle concerns and document them accurately
• Answer phone calls
• Create and manage repair orders
• Communicate vehicle inspection results and recommended repairs to customers
• Explain repairs, maintenance requirements, estimates, and timeline clearly
• Obtain customer authorization for recommended work
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
• Provide customers with updates regarding the progress of their vehicle
• Schedule appointments and manage customer follow-ups
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and process payments
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
• Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-office environment
