Responsibilities
- Answering customer inquires, either in person or on the phone.
- Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up.
- Opening of work orders.
- Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration and getting authorization from customers.
- Contact extended warranty or fleet companies for authorization/PO number for any work to be performed on the vehicle.
- Manage and oversee the dealerships workflow and schedule.
- Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
- Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions.
- Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle customers inquiry and complaints effectively
- Should have knowledge and Automotive experience and familiarity with mechanical and auto parts
- Knowledge of digital technology including the use of internet and appropriate software
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Valid drivers license / shuttle customers
