Senior Project Manager

Key responsibilities include

Lead projects to achieve safety, quality, schedule, budget, and contractual objectives.

Manage project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders throughout all project phases.

Provide leadership, coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to project personnel.

Oversee project planning, execution, scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting.

Monitor project performance through cost control, productivity tracking, and schedule management.

Manage budgets, change orders, contract amendments, and progress billing.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners.

Identify, assess, and resolve project risks, challenges, and disputes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable legislation.

Promote a strong safety culture and support continuous improvement initiatives.
