Senior Performance Measurement Analyst

The Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations (FSIN) is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as the Senior Performance Measurement Analyst. The Senior Performance Measurement Analyst is responsible for leading performance measurement, evaluation, reporting, and data strategy functions in support of evidence-informed planning, policy development, accountability, and continuous improvement related to Indigenous houselessness, housing insecurity, child welfare, family violence, and community wellness.

This position requires advanced analytical, communication, and relationship management skills, as well as demonstrated knowledge of distinctions-based and culturally grounded approaches and the impacts of poverty, trauma, and systemic inequities on Indigenous individuals, families, and communities.
