Sales Supervisor

Smart Cash Pawn is seeking reliable and motivated Sales Supervisors to support daily store operations and lead sales staff. The successful candidates will supervise sales workers and cashiers, maintain store standards, and ensure excellent customer service in a fastpaced retail environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise sales staff and cashiers

Prepare work schedules and assign daily duties

Assist employer with hiring and training new sales staff

Monitor and report on employee performance

Perform the same duties as supervised workers when required

Resolve customer issues, including complaints and service requests

Ensure store displays, signage, and cleanliness are maintained

Perform managerial duties when required (opening/closing, handling escalated concerns)

Education & Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent supervisory experience

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable handling cash, valuables, and confidential information

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
