Sales Manager/ Front Desk Supervisor

The VJ Management group of hotels is looking for a positive and goal-oriented Salesperson for our IHG properties in Yorkton. The focus of the job is to develop and set revenue sales and marketing strategies for the hotel to ensure plans are implemented, results are monitored, and sales goals are achieved. We are looking for a team member who has sales and marketing experience as well as an outgoing personality and can work with the team. Detail oriented, organized and is able to meet specific deadlines and sales goals.  Has the abilities to design plans and meet sales targets, develop and cultivate relationships with clients while maintaining and nurturing old customers and accounts. Has the ability to act independently with minimal or no supervision.  Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written to be able connect with our guests and team members.  Have good computer knowledge and have previous hotel background.

Able to mange Frontdesk duty and assist the Front desk team on operations, Group reservations and Corporate bookings.
