This is a fantastic opportunity for a target-oriented & driven Sales Manager to be a part of the future of ag. You will manage the sales activities for the branch, & coach/mentor the sales team. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will create quality experiences in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.

YOU WILL

• Lead/guide sales staff, may manage specific accounts
• Develop & retain key talent focused on customer engagement
• Execute branch sales processes/strategy
• Manage annual goals/budgets
• Lead, coach, mentor sales team, support recognition, career planning, development
• Develop/implement incentive plans
• Build relationships with all internal/external partners

YOU HAVE

• Assoc/bach degree in Ag Business, Mrkt/related field, education/exp may be considered
• 3+ years sales exp, 1+ years sales mgmt
• Exp leading, developing, motivating others
• Knowledge/familiarity w/John Deere/competitive products
• Ability to work flexible hours & travel
• Valid drivers license
