About this role
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers, initially and most importantly, in regards to lease purchase and retail sales. The individual is also responsible for assisting customers with inquiries regarding their lease agreements, accepting payments, processing order forms, filing, faxing, data entry, answering the phone and maintaining the appearance of the showroom.
