Room Attendant / Laundry Attendant

Duties  Room Attendant

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they are tidy, organized, and inviting for guests
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities
• Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Empty trash and replace garbage bags
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Duties  Laundry Attendant

• sort and prepare used linen for laundry.
• clean used linen by operate the machines as per training and to standard
• fold and prepare clean linen for pick up and delivery
• insure cleanliness and order of laundry room is maintained while on duty
• monitor cleaning supplies and alert management as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and products is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods of time
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members in a professional manner
