Retail Sales Associate

POSITION

Diamonds of Detroit is seeking an energetic, self-motivated team player to join our team as a part-3/4 time Sales Associate.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are

• Contribute to an environment of customer satisfaction by making customer needs a priority
• Create extraordinary shopping experiences by providing professional sales and service to all customers
• Problem solving
• Work on the sales floor and at the sales work desk
• Understand and strive to exceed all company sales standards
• Maintain and display merchandise
• Handle minor in-store repairs and caring of jewellery
• Follow all security, loss prevention and confidentiality procedures

Work closely with our team to

• Contribute to the daily operations and to achieve sales and profit through leadership in accordance with company standards, corporate culture, policies, systems, and procedures.
• Maintain open lines of communication with Team Members and Management.
