What You'll Do

Build & Expand Relationships: Develop and manage a strong portfolio of farm clients across North East Saskatchewan.

Lead Agronomic Services: Deliver field scouting, crop planning, precision agronomy, and custom product recommendations.

Drive Business Operations: Oversee retail logistics, procurement, inventory, and strategic input pricing (prepay, booking, in-season programs).

Guide Strategy & Growth: Work with leadership on growth initiatives, team capability, and market expansion.

What You Bring

Proven Sales & Network: Strong track record in ag sales with established grower relationships in Western Canada.

Solid Agronomic Expertise: Deep practical knowledge of crop inputs, agronomy, and regional growing conditions.

Professional Credentials (or Path to Get There): SIA member/eligible (P.Ag / Tech Ag) and/or CCA certification, or willingness to achieve.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with a strong desire to keep growing, professionally and personally.
