Resolution Health Support Worker

The Prince Albert Indian Metis Friendship Centre  will be hiring full-time Resolution Health Support Worker (RHSW). This position will require working closely with our clients to provide trauma-informed, culturally grounded support.

This position is full time and may involve some travel.

Roles and responsibilities

Confidentially in all matters is crucial to this program.

Provide trauma-informed, culturally grounded support to clients.

Attend training seminars

Attend and provide emotional support for trauma-informed events.

Fill out claims and enter stats.

There are many other responsibilities involved in this position, as well as the ability to work with other agencies, organizations and other support providers.

Wage dependent on experience.  Only suitable candidates for this position will be contacted.

Qualifications

Complete Grade 12 and some secondary school would be an asset

Must have computer skills and willing to fill out claim forms.

Class 5 Drivers license

Current Criminal Record Check

Knowledge of Indigenous Culture and traditions
