Residential cleaning team lead/ supervisor

As a Cleaning Supervisor at Admiral Cleaning Co., you will play a crucial role in overseeing our cleaning operations, ensuring that our clients' expectations are not just met but exceeded. You will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff and maintaining the quality of our services. Responsibilities

Supervise cleaning staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and safety guidelines.

Perform regular inspections to maintain quality control and ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to satisfaction.

Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols and practices.

Report to upper management on operational performance, suggesting improvements when necessary.

Qualifications

Must have a valid Class A driver's license to facilitate transportation of cleaning crew, equipment and supplies as needed.

Successful completion of a criminal record check, as we prioritize the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Proven experience in the cleaning industry is an asset.

Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
