About this role
As a relief driver, this position is responsible for covering holidays, sick days and/or leave of absences of route drivers as well as working in our truck wash as needed.
General Responsibilities
Haul feed and/or pigs in various locations throughout Saskatchewan, as needed
Moving trailers into wash bay, dry bay, and yard
Inspect trailers and all equipment to ensure it is in proper working order
Complete repairs as needed brakes, airlines, lights, etc.
Notify the Transportation Department of any problems or needed repairs
Work with all drivers to ensure all trucks are kept clean
Wash trailers when needed
Other duties as required
Education/Experience Required
Valid 1A drivers license
Work with minimal supervision
Able to successfully meet deadlines
Good organization, communication and problem solving skills
