We are a fast paced multi family physician office, seeking a casual/part-time Registered Nurse, available to work days, evenings and week-ends.

MUST be a current member of CRNS

Knowledgeable with HIPA

Experience with Accuro an asset, however not mandatory

Duties include, but NOT limited to

admit patients to exam rooms, have patient ready for MD

Medication administration - Vitamin B12, testosterone injections, variety of vaccines

Obtain vital signs, O2 sats

Perform ECGs, visual acuity, including Ishihara test

Perform urinalysis, pregnancy and blood sugar tests

Process lab specimens, with appropriate lab reqs

Dressing changes

Assist MDs with procedures, and set up instruments for suturing, mole removals, and IUD insertions

Notifying patients of physician's instructions, test results, INR instructions

Arrange winrho injections, iron infusions, phlebotomies

Obtain patient reports, consult letters, diagnostic results

Address patient concerns, by obtaining pertinent information and notifying their MD

Maintain infection control
