Registered Nurse

Overview

Cozy Nest Care Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, resident-centered care. We are currently looking for candidates who are based in and around Saskatoon area. The RN will assess residents' needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote residents' health, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
• Monitor residents' health status and respond to changes in condition.
• Provide pain management and other nursing interventions as required.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in senior care or long-term care is an asset.
• Knowledge of pain management and resident care best practices.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (Cerner experience preferred).
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
