Job Title: Reception/Booking Clerk - Float Position
Location: Saskatoon Sk., Market Mall 33-2325 Preston Ave S.
Position: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 8:30am to 5pm; 37.5 hours/week
Compensation: competitive
SUMMARY
This individual will work with the office team to assist in welcoming patients, guiding them through the clinic, answering phones, making bookings, sanitizing the reception area, and completing necessary administrative functions as assigned between our 3 Saskatoon clinics.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer literacy
Medical Terminology
Data entry experience an asset
Telephone reception experience preferred
Professional communication skills for interacting with patients and co-workers.
The successful candidate must provide a satisfactory and valid Criminal Record Check including vulnerable sector query as a condition of Employment.
