About this role
PWM Dynamics is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead compliant, on-time submissions for defence, aerospace, OEM and strategic industrial opportunities. This role coordinates proposals from kickoff through final submission and works with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, pricing, contracts and leadership.
Responsibilities
Review RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
Develop compliance matrices, schedules, response outlines and submission checklists.
Lead proposal kickoffs, status meetings, reviews and milestone tracking.
Coordinate and edit content while maintaining document and version control.
Ensure required forms, certifications, references, pricing and attachments are complete and accurate.
Track deadlines, resolve review comments and coordinate final submissions.
Maintain proposal templates, reusable content and lessons learned.
Qualifications
5+ years of proposal management, bid management, tender coordination or related project leadership experience.
Experience managing complex, deadline-driven submissions with multiple contributors.
Strong knowledge of compliance, scheduling, document control and proposal processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.
Ability to interpret customer requirements and organize internal work plans.
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Preferred
Defence, aerospace, manufacturing or regulated-industry bid experience.
APMP certification or equivalent training.
Experience with strategic bids, subcontractor responses or proposal content systems.
