Property Assessor

Join the City of Regina as a Property Assessor and help ensure fair and accurate property assessments for our community. In this role, you will collect and verify property data, conduct site inspections, review plans and permits, calculate assessed values, and support assessment appeals and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail focused professional who enjoys both field and office work while delivering exceptional service to property owners.

What You Bring

• Diploma or degree in commerce, economics, property assessment, or a related field
• Five years of experience in property assessment or a mass appraisal environment
• Strong knowledge of property valuation, taxation, and assessment practices
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence with excellent communication and customer service skills
