Project Manager/Superintendent

Herauf Modular is seeking a Project Manager/Superintendent to join our Regina team. This role is responsible for overseeing and delivering commercial and residential construction projects of varying size and complexity, from early planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the planning and execution of multiple commercial and civil construction projects. Ensure projects meet established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to address challenges effectively. Supervise and lead project teams, including project coordinators and superintendents. Work with clients to understand project requirements, expectations, and objectives. Manage project budgets, including monitoring costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring profitability. Ability to problem solve. Knowledge of current building codes.

Qualifications and Education

Experience in Construction Management

3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management

Strong understanding of Commercial and Residential Construction

Must have reliable transportation
