Job Summary

This positionis responsible forallassignedprojectmanagement activities, includingshort-term and long-term projects.

Key Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Manageallproject activitieswithin multiple business units.

Determine,define and communicateallprojectsscope, objectives and requirementsto team members and stakeholders.

Lead, manage and motivate project team members.

Oversee allprojectteam members adhere to provided timelines and deliverables.

Monitorprojectprogress and handle any issues that may arise.

Create and maintain allprojectdocumentation,plans and reports.

Identify and manage risk, impact and consequences associated with project development and execution.

Analyzeprojectdata, produceprogress reports and communicate project outcomes with various stakeholder groups.

Engage in outreach activities with employers, unions, post-secondary institutions and relevant industry stakeholders to assess, develop and deliver value-add programs and services.

Assist theManagementTeam withstrategicplanning.

Assist the TrainingTeamwith other administrative functions, processes and coverage as needed.

Support leadership to facilitate positive adoption of departmental/organizational change within internal teams and external stakeholder groups.

Attend regular conferences and training to maintain proficiency, stay current on industry trends and network with industry stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

Able to handle confidential information with diplomacy and strict adherence toconfidentiality;

Proficiency with all MS officeprograms;

Experience with various project management tools, systems and software;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Strong interpersonalskills;

Strong technical aptitude; adapts well to change and works well with new processes andprocedures;
