Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Programme coordinator to join our team in Plus Industries. This is a TEMPORARY maternity cover position. The position plays a key leadership role in delivering services to individual's with a disability. In this role, you will:

Coach, mentor, and train staff, serving as a role model and subject matter expert.

Demonstrate respectful and empowering leadership to foster team success.

Provide guidance and support to all.

Facilitate service delivery across all programs, evaluate and modify to ensure they meet the changing needs of the individuals.

Ensure the implementation and monitoring of person centered plans, comprehensive behaviour support plans and any other required documentation.

Apply knowledge of policies and procedures, including relevant legislation and practice manuals.

Liaise with community agencies

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers.

You must possess a strong knowledge of human services-related policies, practices and procedures. Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be obtained through a diploma or degree in a Human Services related field and/or experience working in a human service setting.  Candidates must clearly indicate in their cover letter or resume where they have acquired their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
