Program Specialist - Aquatics

Are you passionate about recreation, aquatics, and community wellness? Join our team as an Aquatic Programs Coordinator, where you will help plan, deliver, and enhance aquatic, fitness, sport, recreation, and special event programs. In this leadership role, you will support daily facility operations, guide staff, contribute to program development, and help create exceptional experiences for participants and guests.

What You Bring

• Diploma or post secondary education in recreation, kinesiology, or a related field
• Experience in aquatic services, recreation programming, and facility operations
• Strong leadership, staff supervision, and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and manage multiple priorities
