Program Manager RCY
Street Culture Project is hiring a Program Manager to lead Regina Connected Youth, a program supporting youth involved in or at risk of involvement in the criminal justice system.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support RCY Case Workers.
Oversee case management, documentation and reporting.
Maintain trauma-informed, youth-centred services.
Manage scheduling, coverage and payroll approvals.
Respond to program and staffing crises.
Work with Community Corrections and community partners.
Support recruitment, training and program improvement.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Social Work, Human Services, Criminology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Three to five years of relevant youth-services experience.
Previous staff-supervision experience.
Knowledge of trauma-informed care and harm reduction.
Valid Saskatchewan drivers licence.
Vulnerable Sector Check required.
Full-time, Monday to Friday, eight hours per day. Scheduling flexibility is required. Pay is $25.50$28.00 per hour, with benefits and RRSP matching.
