Program Lead

Camponi Housing Corp./Winter Sage Programs is seeking a Part-Time Program Lead (10-15 hours/week) to plan and facilitate youth programming in Saskatoon.

Responsibilities include leading a weekly evening youth program, developing activities focused on wellness, life skills, recreation, culture and community connection, supporting community events and outreach initiatives, preparing program materials, maintaining records, and assisting with participant engagement. The successful candidate will also transport participants using a 15-passenger van and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

Experience working with youth or community programs.

Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices is an asset.

Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and communities is an asset.

Requirements

Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and satisfactory driver's abstract.

Comfortable driving a 15-passenger van.

Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.

First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Availability for one evening per week and occasional flexible hours.
