Program Coordinator (Wellness)

Responsible for the delivery of all wellness programs (peer support, tenant support), community engagement, and education delivery.

Provide support to both the Peer Support Worker and Tenant Support worker.

Engage in all duties of delivering Peer Support (majority of role), includes group facilitation on mental health topics and one on one sessions in setting goals associated to ones wellness journey, sharing your lived experience with mental health/addictions along the way. It is self-guided.

Engage in providing support and guidance to the Tenant Support Worker and the tenants within the housing program in supporting their independence and growth.

Partner with HOPE to deliver educational courses at the Living Wells Learning Centre, partner in the community in delivering presentations on mental health/addictions recovery, attend community events and be an advocate for mental health.
