Production Labourers

Bourgault Industries is seeking Production Labourers to join our Highline Manufacturing team in Vonda, SK. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. No experience is required, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities Opportunities are available in Assembly, Front End, and Paint.

Duties may include

• Following department procedures and work instructions
• Operating CNC and manual equipment
• Blasting, coating, hanging, and packaging parts
• Assembling products and components from internal and external suppliers.

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• On-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude; experience with power tools and blueprint reading is an asset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to work a 2-week rotating shift
• Ability to perform physical work
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
