Production Assembler

A recently incorporated company (2024), Bourgault Machines INC., is in the process of developing an extensive line of proprietary, innovative products for skid loaders, tractors, wheel loaders, telehandlers, and other motorized equipment.  It is also currently in the process of building a new, state-of-the-art, 25-million-dollar, 32,000 square foot, factory and office complex in St. Brieux, Saskatchewan.  Bourgault Machines INC. is looking to hire a motivated and dependable Assembler to join its growing production team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a modern manufacturing environment and develop skills across multiple areas of production. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products and components while also being cross-trained as a manual shot-blasting system operator and paint coater within the company's state-of-the-art powder coating system. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and is eager to contribute to all stages of the manufacturing process.

Preferred qualifications include experience with hydraulic hose installation and fitting, operation of skid steers and forklifts, and previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Wage range - $25.00 to $ 36.00 per hour, depending on experience
