Job description

Reporting to the manager, the dietitian - degree provides medical nutrition therapy which includes screening, assessment, developing and implementing evidence-based care plans, counselling, direction on nutrition support, and other needed nutrition interventions for patients/residents/clients. This position will work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team to create a patient/resident/client and family centered environment conducive to the provision of quality care

Licenses

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

Education

• Completion of an approved Dietetic Practicum Program
• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (BSc(Nutr))

Experience

• Previous experience in a clinical nutrition setting is an asset
