About this role
We are hiring an experienced post frame carpenter to work on all stages of our builds from setting posts to final trims. Youll be part of a small, dependable crew working on projects that range from local to several hours away (around 3 hours), so a willingness to travel and stay out for multi-day builds is important.
WHAT YOULL DO.
Drill holes and set, plumb, and brace laminated posts
Frame trusses, purlins, girts, and structural members
Install exterior metal cladding, trims, and closures
Install windows, man doors, overhead and bi-fold doors
Install insulation, vapour barrier, strapping, and interior metal liner
Work safely at heights and operate lifts and standard construction equipment
Keep a clean, organized job site
