The R.M. of Corman Park is seeking a Planner I to join our Planning and Development team following an internal promotion. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience across both development services and long-range planning in one of Saskatchewans most active and complex growth areas.

Reporting to the Manager of Long Range & Regional Planning, you will support development and building permit applications, coordinate with applicants and agencies, and contribute to policy and growth management initiatives. While the role offers broad exposure, the initial focus will be on long range and policy planning.

What youll do

As a Planner I you will

Review and process development and building permit applications

Coordinate intake, completeness, and file progression

Prepare clear, defensible reports for internal review and Council

Provide professional advice to applicants and stakeholders

Support planning research and policy development.

Qualification

Degree in Planning or related field (CIP-accredited preferred)

Wage Range: $67,743 to $80,888; salary will be commensurate with experience and education
