Job Description: Reporting to the Manager/Rehabilitation Coordinator, the Senior Therapist is responsible for the planning, development, organization and delivery of therapy services within the framework of the interdisciplinary team. The Senior Therapist provides training, coaching, mentoring and guidance to staff therapists and other team members. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement".

Experience
- Min 2 years experience in rehab of post-surgical ortho conditions preferred
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge in research/develop/implementing post-op ortho protocols an asset
- Knowledge in treatment of upper/lower extremity and spine is an asset
- Knowledge in treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain management
Other Information
- HSAS seniority in the SHA will be considered under the selection criteria
- Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists (SCPT)
