Pharmacy Assistant - FT

Pharmasave #406 is looking for a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer phone inquiries professionally
• Enter, label, package, and process prescriptions under supervision
• Count, measure, and package medications accurately
• Manage inventory, receive shipments, rotate stock, and assist with audits
• Support insurance billing, prescription transfers, and administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment
• Assist with daily pharmacy operations as required

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of retail pharmacy assistant experience
• Strong proficiency with Kroll and prescription data entry
• Knowledge of Pharmacare/insurance billing and clinical services flagging
• Pharmacy Assistant program completion is an asset
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes as needed
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Flexible shifts within store hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
