About this role
Pharmasave #445 is looking for a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Indian Head, Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in delivering excellent patient care
- Greet customers, answer phones, and provide administrative support
- Enter, label, package, and process prescriptions accurately
- Receive and stock inventory, monitor supplies, and assist with inventory control
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment
- Support insurance claims, prescription transfers, and other daily pharmacy operations
Qualifications
- Pharmacy Assistant experience in a retail pharmacy is an asset
- Experience with Kroll and prescription data entry is an asset
- Pharmacy Assistant certification/training is an asset
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift boxes as required
- Flexible to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Regular hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Occasional Saturday shifts: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
