Pharmasave #430 is looking for a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Broadview, Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in delivering exceptional patient care
- Greet customers and manage phone inquiries professionally
- Assist with prescription entry, labelling, packaging, and medication preparation
- Receive and stock inventory, monitor supplies, and support inventory audits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment
- Complete clerical duties, insurance claims support, and prescription transfers
- Assist with daily pharmacy operations as required
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of retail pharmacy assistant experience preferred
- Strong proficiency with Kroll and prescription data entry
- Knowledge of Pharmacare, insurance billing, and clinical service flagging
- Pharmacy Assistant certification/program completion is an asset
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes when needed
- Flexible and team-oriented
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
