### Personal Support Worker Care Home
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker to provide quality care and support to residents in a care home setting.
- *Duties include:**
- Assist residents with personal care bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Support residents with mobility transfers and daily activities
- Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding where required
- Monitor residents wellbeing and report changes to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment
- Assist with medication reminders and other care routines as directed
- Provide companionship and respectful person centred care
- Follow care plans workplace policies and health and safety procedures
Previous experience in a care home or personal support setting is an asset.
