Position Overview
We are looking for compassionate and dependable Personal Care Workers (PCWs) / Care Assistants to support clients with daily living activities and provide quality care. This opportunity is ideal for nursing students who want hands-on experience in a supportive care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care and daily living tasks
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help with mobility, meals, and light housekeeping as needed
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Maintain a safe, respectful, and caring environment
Follow care plans and instructions from supervisors
Requirements
Interest in healthcare, caregiving, or nursing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, caring, and professional attitude
Ability to work well with seniors, patients, or individuals needing support
Previous experience is an asset, but not required
Nursing students are encouraged to apply
