Patient Care Coordinator

The Estevan Eye Clinic is currently looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team!  This is a temporary full time contract position which is Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00 p.m. with the opportunity for additional hours when required.  As a key member, the candidate must be :

• Professional when dealing with the public
• Highly Motivated and organized
• Punctual and reliable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience is an asset, but willing to train the right candidate

Duties include but not limited to the following

• Booking patients on our inhouse computer system for their eye health checkups
• Answering phones and faxing confidential documents
• Process invoices and submit insurance claims for patients
• Complete extra diagnostic testing for patients at the request of the doctor
