Outreach Support Worker

Build Up Saskatoon (BUS) and SWEEP are social enterprises operated by Quint Development Corporation. We provide employment opportunities for people facing barriers to employment, including housing instability, justice involvement, and other life challenges. Alongside meaningful work, participants receive individualized support to help them succeed on the job and achieve their goals. As our Outreach Support Worker, you will work closely with participants employed through BUS and SWEEP. You'll provide case management and employment support to help participants succeed on and off the job.

40 hours (Mon-Fri), Blue Cross, RRSP matching

Responsibilities

Participant intake and case management

Connect participants to community resources and services

Conduct regular visits to BUS and SWEEP worksites

Provide coaching and accountability related to workplace expectations

Coordinate certifications, tickets, and skill development opportunities

Maintain accurate participant files and documentation

Build relationships with community agencies and service providers

Provide occasional transportation for participants

Comfortable working with people experiencing complex life challenges

Organized and able to balance participant support with documentation

Calm under pressure and comfortable having difficult conversations

Passionate about helping people succeed

Related post-secondary education is an asset
