Operations Lead (Research)

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Operations Lead will provide project management support for CISWPs ongoing core research initiatives. The role serves as a subject matter expert, working collaboratively with CISWP leadership, community partners, and funding agencies to advance organizational research objectives. The Operations Lead will oversee research processes and coordinate site activities to ensure successful field data collection. A strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods is required, along with a demonstrated commitment to advancing work and health outcomes.
