Office Manager

The Office Manager supports our important work with families and kids in Saskatoon. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Office Manager is in charge of financial and detail management, administrative organization, human resource administration including the benefit and pension programs. This position requires maturity, competency in Quickbooks and Excel, as well as accuracy and attention to detail. This is an out of scope position.

Accounts receivable, bank deposits, payroll preparation and record-keeping

Reconciling credit cards, petty cash and gift card balancing

Tracking wage adjustments and seniority

Entering donations into accounting software

Ensuring government financial reports are completed

Update administrative tracking spreadsheets (attention to detail is vital)

Charitable Receipting and thank-you letters to donors, tracking

General filing, labelling and mailing

Upkeep of office supplies and photocopier

Maintain HR files

Specializing in our pension and health plan details, updating employee information

Data entry of program statistics

The successful candidate will have the following

Experience and proficiency in Quickbooks and Excel.

Detail oriented and precise in managing files and spreadsheets.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive matters.

Experience with benefit and HR enrollment is an asset

This position is permanent, 25-30 hours a week, depending on the candidate.
